Is Kahului the same as Lahaina?+
No. Kahului is Maui’s primary cruise dock and the schedule port for this site. Lahaina is a historically separate west-side harbour identity — reserved for future architecture, not merged into Kahului, and not published as an active cruise schedule here.
Do you offer instant online booking?+
No. We use enquire-to-book. You send ship date and guest details; we confirm partner supply and timing by email. No payment is taken at enquiry.
Are the prices on product pages final?+
Listed retail figures are a guide only. Reconfirm when you enquire — partner rates and inclusions can change.
Can I do the Road to Hana on a normal day call?+
Usually no. Our Hana Discovery outing is about nine hours and is labelled long-stay / overnight-window only. On a typical Kahului day call, prefer coastline and culture, private highlights, or sail and snorkel.
Where is the ship schedule?+
Verified Kahului calls will appear on the ship schedule page after official PortCall acquisition. We do not publish placeholder rows or Lahaina schedules. Until then, use Find my cruise in manual mode.
Do you guarantee return to the ship?+
No. We plan with return buffers in mind and confirm timing when we reply, but we do not claim a guaranteed return-to-ship.
